Chantecler®

This variety is very balanced in the mouth: tart-sweet. It is really fragrant and moderately juicy. Its skin is a little rough, dotted with lenticels that give it a rustic look. Cooks love baking it or putting it into pies. It’s one of the last varieties of the season, harvested late September.

Granny Smith

With citrus flavours, this variety is well known for being savoured acid and very green. It is very crispy, juicy and has a very white flesh. The harvest begins at the beginning of September.

Grey Canada

With a grainy and juicy white flesh, this apple is famous cooks with its sweet and tart flavors that make it ideal for the following dishes such as: the pudding with apples, apple salad and apple savory gratins. This rustic variety, gray and rough skin is slightly sweet and mildly fragrant. It keeps well and markets from September.

Golden

The most popular yellow apple in the world is best known for its sweetness and refreshing sides. With high water content,  its flesh is melting, juicy and delicately flavoured.

This historic house-range has a good taste of sweet apple, and naturally beautiful pink faces (depending on the year and weather conditions).

It represents a quarter of our production and matures in September.

Prim’Gold

With a bright white flesh, a golden skin, it is very sweet and juicy at the same time. This variety is delicious with a slight taste of aniseed, and a flavour of honey. It is produced in the second half of August.

Royal Gala

With a firm flesh, this apple variety combines great sweetness and crunch. From red-orange to bright vertical stripes, it develops a good taste of sweet apple. It matures in the first days of August.

Queen Pippin

A crispy apple with a sweet and slightly flavoured flesh, it perfectly illustrates the two-tone striped apples, having a skin from yellow to red going through all shades of red and orange. This variety is demanding and capricious but is perfect for cakes and juices. It has a special own fragrance: some flavours of nuts; particularly recommended for Tatin pies. It is harvested ripen with several pickings in the orchard (there may be up to 7 harvests during the season), in August and September.

Elstar

Elstar has a juicy texture, with a mixture of sweet and bitter flavours.

Ideal for pies and compotes, as cooking this variety highly enhance the apple’s taste.

This apple is harvested in August at its ripeness… This is our earliest variety.
